i LOVE dried mango.
I have no idea what the dried mango sold in the UK is like, but the ones from HK taste great.
When I used to go back to HK, mango would be THE thing that I would bring back home with me. Auntie Winnie knew this and would prepare a big bag for me! At the airport, I would go to Ichiban and stare at the gigantic bags of over-priced mango and consider buying another packet. But I never did...@ more than $100 a bag (thats more than £10!)...I don't think so!
Oh, how I miss Hong Kong.....
