Stir-fried Spicy Potato


Deliciously light, crunchy, and spicy pan-fried potato: LOVE IT!!

RECIPE for STIR-FRIED SPICY POTATO

STEP 1: Wash and peel the potatoes.


STEP 2: Slice the potatoes very thinly


Soak in cold water to prevent the potatoes from changing colour


STEP 3: Prepare the flaourings:


Chopped ginger and garlic


Sichuan peppercorns

Dried chillis (I only had this type which isn't too spicy)

STEP 4: Heat a little oil in the pan:


 Add the seasonings


Fry until fragrant, but not burnt.. Discard the spices, but keep the oil.

STEP 5: Add the pototoes to the pan. Stir-fry until cooked. Season with salt and soy sauce to taste.
